Bheki Shongwe is the Executive Chairman and CEO with over 30 years of experience in Business, Leadership, Management, Finance, and Insurance. He has specialised in Leadership and Development and works to grow businesses and people. In his role, he is responsible for driving the vision and ensuring the execution of the strategies of the company towards excellence as a leader in the micro-insurance and related services provider market. Bheki is a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators (ACIS) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Business Management (FCIBM). He also serves as a Chairman and Board Member in various companies.

Reuben is the Current Africa Region-­‐ Learning Officer for YPO and immediate past Chairman of YPO Pretoria Chapter, Deputy Chairman of the Pretoria Business Chapter, Secretariat of Business Unity South Africa, and an active member of Invest Africa.
